An observer for observers.  Apply a series of sed-like search-replace rules
to the output of the stalkee.

add
---

	some_robs add search replace

Append a rule to the list of rules for`some_robs` to replace the first
instance of `search` in the input with `replace`.

list
----

	some_robs list

Emit the current search-replace rules for `some_robs`.
